WoodMart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Ürünlerinizi, size ulaştıktan sonraki 14 gün içinde iade edebilirsiniz. Amacımız, alışveriş deneyiminizi kolay ve rahat hale getirmek.
- Ürün, tüm aksesuarlarıyla birlikte sağlam ve eksiksiz olmalıdır.
- Üründe herhangi bir fiziksel hasar veya deformasyon bulunmamalıdır.
- Ürünün iç ve dış ambalajları hasarsız ve deforme olmamış olmalıdır.
İade talebinizin koşulları sağlaması halinde, ürünün tarafımıza gönderilmesi için size iade kargo kodu sağlanacaktır.
İade ürün depomuza ulaştıktan sonra yapılan analiz sonucunda, 1 iş günü içerisinde ücret iadesi başlatılır.
Hasarlı Ürünler: Siparişinizin size hasarlı ulaşması durumunda, lütfen teslimat sırasında kurye tarafından hasar tutanağı düzenlenmesini sağlayın. Bu tutanakla tarafımıza ulaşarak değişim sürecini başlatabilirsiniz.
Hasarlı İade Kargoları: İade edilen ürün/ürünlerin tarafımıza hasarlı ulaşması halinde kargo hasar tespit tutanağı oluşturularak teslim alınır ve inceleme video kaydı ile yapılır. Hasar kargo firması kaynaklı ise süreç kargo firması ile yürütülür. Hasar müşteri kaynaklı ise, teknik servisimizin incelemesi sonucunda hazırlanan rapora istinaden işlem yapılır.
